A cleaning roster is developed, with the client, the cleaning staff and Your Home Cleaner management each having a copy. You may have rooms or sections of the home that are only used occasionally, such as a spare room or a lounge room with minimal traffic - these rooms could be rostered to be cleaned less regularly, saving you money without compromising on quality.

After initial selection which involves police checks, referee checks and a face to face interview, we put all our cleaners through a three stage cleaner training programme. This training ensures our cleaners are familiar with our cleaning procedures and your expectations.  Our company policy is to never allow a cleaner into our clients home until they have fully completed their training.

We can also contact you by SMS when entering and leaving your home, allowing you to plan your day and be comfortable knowing when we are cleaning your home.
